Responsibilities:
- Account management
- Price discovery and forecasting
- Customer development
- Product development
- Managing availability
- Backup for trim/bone orders
- Attending food shows as assigned
- 10%-20% travel
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong understanding of Excel
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and organizational / planning skills

Requirements
- Must have 2 years of experience in sales coordination.
- Must have 2 years of experience in excel, word, outlook, etc.
- Strong Communication and Team Building Skills.
