About the role
Lead & support projects related data collection in line with standards & delivery of data in a timely manner by engaging with right people.
Operations
Lead & support planning of tasks needed to manage the project deliverables
Engage with right people (within & outside our function) & also with subcontractors during various stages of the project operations
Ensure activities related to data collection ( briefing / debriefing / training/certification/ data collection/validations/quality checks/delivery) are happening as per schedule using NielsenIQ tools & technology
Remain proactive when identifying issues / risks in delivery, raise/feedback such risks in advance to your manager and Coordinate cross functional /other departments to clarify project related problems / issues in order to ensure that instructions are carried out correctly
Ensure efficiency in operations through a regular review of processes and improvement of systems and procedures with the end goal of improving productivity in the department
Ensure assigned projects / tasks are completed in a timely manner and with high level of accuracy and quality by providing regular updates
Assist in the preparation of quotations and costing for new projects
Execute vendor management strategy for the assigned geography, providing measurable impact and insights.
Act as key liaison with third party vendors to monitor supplier performance and meet/exceed performance goals related to quality, cost optimization, and productivity improvement programs.
Coordinate within Operations and with Commercial and Product for any vendor escalations within the assigned geography.
Ensure all work performed meets product and business standards and SLAs (service level agreements).
Perform any other tasks related to functions that may be assigned
Field Audit & checks
Supervise and validate auditors field work if needed (e.g. quality of data, speed and accuracy of work, familiarization of products) & provide feedback
