Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager, AI/ML (Computer Vision & LLMs)

As an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager, AI/ML (Computer Vision & LLMs), you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers and driving the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design scalable architectures, and deliver innovative products that leverage the latest advancements in computer vision and large language models (LLMs). Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering their growth and professional development - Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable AI/ML systems, leveraging the latest tools and frameworks - Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, such as continuous integration, testing, and deployment - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in computer vision, LLMs, and other AI/ML domains - Identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products within defined timelines - Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for the organization's AI/ML initiatives Qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in AI/ML, computer vision, and large language models - Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional engineering teams - Proficient in designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant, and efficient AI/ML systems - Hands-on experience with computer vision techniques, such as object detection, image segmentation, and classification - Familiarity with LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and deployment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive technical decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
