Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in New Delhi for a New Installation (NI) Sales professional. The role involves establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, conducting site visits, presenting technical solutions, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. The individual will also provide guidance to customers on product features and benefits while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and deliver high-quality support.
- Proven Sales expertise and Sales Management capabilities to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in providing Training and guidance to customers on product features, ensuring understanding and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- Knowledge of the elevator and escalator industry or technical sales experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, are preferred.
