We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included. This is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours per week. The shift pattern for this position is Mon-Fri. As a member of the Human Resources Redeployment Team you will contribute to the provision of a responsive, professional and high quality, customer focussed service to managers and employees across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. You will be a member of CIPD and have the minimum of a CIPD Accredited Certificate in HR Practice or have equivalent relevant practical Human Resources experience in a large complex organisation. You will have: excellent communication interpersonal skills and pride yourself on providing quality customer service. It is essential that you have knowledge of employment legislation and Human Resources policies. In addition, knowledge of terms and conditions of service relevant to the range of staff groups within the NHS would be beneficial. You will also be confident in using the full range of Microsoft packages and have the ability to access and analyse HR data by utilising databases and HR information management systems.
