Role Summary
The Program Lead will manage on-ground operations, coordinate teams, and ensure effective execution of education and community programs. This role requires strong ownership, leadership ability, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations and program execution
Supervise, train, and coordinate volunteers and interns
Ensure smooth delivery of educational sessions and activities
Maintain communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor performance and ensure consistency in execution
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
Candidate Profile
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong leadership and ability to work independently
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
Comfortable working in on-ground, community-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in NGO operations, education, or team leadership
Exposure to grassroots or community work
Ability to handle multiple tasks in dynamic environments
