What You’ll Do:
The Solutions Engineering Specialist supports the Sales team on new and existing partnerships by leading pre-sales efforts related to the RFI and RFP process. A critical component of this role is owning the end-to-end RFI and RFP lifecycle, from intake and coordination through final submission, while managing the content infrastructure that enables scalable, high-quality responses.
This role is responsible for delivering consistent, accurate responses across supply-side and hybrid opportunities, ensuring alignment with Nexxen’s capabilities. You will partner closely with Sales, Publisher Development, Operations, Product, and Marketing to coordinate inputs, manage timelines, and drive high-quality submissions.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:
Own the end-to-end RFI and RFP lifecycle for supply side and hybrid opportunities, including intake, timeline management, coordination, and final submission
Structure and manage responses to RFI and RFP requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current Nexxen capabilities
Coordinate cross functional stakeholders across Product, Legal, Engineering, and Sales to gather inputs and ensure high quality submissions
Support continuous improvement of RFI and RFP processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
What will I bring?
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY is $80,000 - 100,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
