Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will serve in a leadership capacity, overseeing both the clinical and administrative operations of the facility.
- Providing overall supervision and direction for all facility staff and personnel
- Overseeing daily operations, including financial management, resident care services, and facility coordination
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards of care
- Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams, including clinical, administrative, and support staff, to promote collaboration and operational efficiency
- Maintaining a high standard of quality care and a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff
Requirements
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:
- Must have a valid and current LNHA in the State of Illinois.
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3 years or more experience as a nursing home administrator.
- RN or MD preferred.
- A positive disposition and the ability to work well with others.
- Highly developed leadership skills.
