About the role
You'll join our network of expert labelers/data annotators to help train large language models and other AI systems. Tasks involve data annotation, classification, grading, prompting, safety & ethics, etc. Work is remote, flexible, and paid per task/hour/project.
Key Responsibilities
Annotate, classify, index data to improve AI/LLM performance (e.g. relevance grading, prompt evaluation).
Assist in tasks like "chain-of-thought reasoning," "safety, ethics & compliance," "honesty & factuality training," etc.
Follow guidelines and quality standards; get feedback and improve over time.
Participate in screening/trial tasks to demonstrate your skills before being assigned projects.
Requirements / What They Expect
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and proper hardware (computer/laptop)
Strong attention to detail, good judgment, ability to interpret guidelines accurately.
Some domain-expertise or interest (varies by project) is helpful.
Ability to commit to flexible hours; being able to pick tasks/projects that align with your skills/preferences.
Willingness to go through a screening process and possibly paid trial.
Agree to confidentiality / NDAs as required.
