About the role
As a Technical Account Manager at Nextiva, you will be responsible for providing technical support and account management services to our customers. You will work closely with our sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities include: - Providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers - Conducting on-site and remote training sessions - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders - Identifying and addressing customer needs and pain points - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues - Documenting and communicating customer feedback and recommendations Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer support role - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with VoIP, UCaaS, or cloud-based communication technologies - Working knowledge of networking, telephony, and IT infrastructure - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
