About the role

As a Manager, Customer Service, you will be responsible for the overall performance and development of the customer service team. You will lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive process improvements, and achieve key performance metrics. Responsibilities include: - Manage and coach a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality service - Develop and implement training programs to upskill the team - Monitor and analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer pain points - Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives - Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations - Other duties as assigned
