About the role

Job Title: Senior Sales Position


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum of 20+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of success in selling software products preferably in the insurance/BFSI sector

Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to travel as needed.
