Required Skills:
Nexthink Platform Expertise
Administration of Nexthink portal, collectors, engines, and appliances
Creating and managing investigations, categories, and remote actions
Experience with Nexthink Infinity
Scripting & Automation
PowerShell scripting (essential for creating and deploying Remote Actions)
Basic knowledge of Python or VBScript is a plus
Experience with APIs for integration and automation
Dashboard & Reporting
Designing dashboards using Nexthink Engage and Portal
Creating real-time alerts and custom KPIs
Experience in building actionable insights for IT Ops and End User Computing
Operating System & Endpoint Knowledge
Strong understanding of Windows OS (Win 10 & Win 11)
Knowledge of software deployment and patching tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
IT Infrastructure and EUC Knowledge
Awareness of ITIL processes (especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
Understanding of endpoint performance, digital experience, and user behaviour
