We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Engineer to join our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving end-user experience using the Nexthink platform. This role involves troubleshooting performance issues, building dashboards, automation, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze end-user device performance, applications, and network experiences using Nexthink.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Nexthink dashboards, alerts, campaigns, and remote actions.
• Identify and troubleshoot user and system performance issues across endpoints.
• Perform proactive analysis to detect anomalies and prevent incidents.
• Create automation scripts for Nexthink Remote Actions.
• Collaborate with EUC, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Application teams for issue remediation.
• Design and implement Nexthink proactive use cases.
• Support digital experience initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Provide insights and manage dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in Nexthink upgrades, integration, and platform maintenance.
• Document processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
• Strong experience with Nexthink platform (Infinity and Amplify)
• Hands-on experience with additional Nexthink modules (e.g., Workflows, Collaboration, etc.) is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience in NQL (Nexthink Query Language)
• Experience with Remote Actions scripting (PowerShell preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and endpoint management
• Understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, VPN, latency, bandwidth issues)
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with EUC tools like SCCM, Intune, etc.
Functional Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights
• Experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) / EUC environments
• Strong communication skills
