Mandatory Skill:
Hands-on enterprise experience with Nexthink console management and analytics. Proficiency in NQL (Nexthink Query Language) and creating custom data queries.
Scripting capabilities in PowerShell or Bash.
Familiarity with endpoint management systems like SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or JAMF
Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) incident and problem workflows.
Good to have Skill:
Good to have Certified Nexthink Administration certificates
