Team Member - Manchester Arndale

As a Store Team Member, your role will be vital in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You'll be the face of NEXT, engaging with customers, answering their queries and guiding them to find the perfect products. Your natural enthusiasm and flair for customer service will ensure our customers leave with a smile on their face. With full training provided, you'll quickly become an expert on our wide-ranging product offering, from womenswear and menswear to home furnishings and kidswear. You'll use your product knowledge to advise and inspire customers, helping them find the right items to suit their style and needs. Working as part of a close-knit and supportive team, you'll take pride in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. You'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the store, assisting with stockroom duties, serving on the till and generally being a flexible team player.
