Job Description

The NEXT Retail HR team are currently looking for a dynamic HR Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Leicestershire. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our Head Office Operation functions to maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced setting.

As an HR Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve serving as the primary contact for employee relations queries, providing guidance on various HR matters, supporting investigations, and assisting with disciplinary actions, appeals, and grievances. Additionally, you will offer advice on probationary reviews, performance management issues, flexible working requests, and reasonable adjustments.

Your role will also include staying informed about legislative changes and assessing their potential impact on our policies and guidance.   • Proficient in interpreting and presenting data clearly and confidently
  • Knowledgeable in HR policies, processes, terms & conditions, and GDPR compliance
  • Experience in meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
