About the role

At NEXT, we're looking for Customer Experience Advisors who will be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for handling a diverse range of customer enquiries over the phone, via email and through web chat - from order queries to product advice. In this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator who can listen, understand and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. You'll also need to be adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you.
