Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Financial & Operational Oversight: Define and manage P&L, optimize operational efficiencies, and ensure financial sustainability. Technology & Market Trends: Stay ahead of AI, software, and digital transformation trends to position the company as an industry leader. Key Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in IT Services , with a proven track record in business growth, AI integration, and enterprise digital solutions . Strong background in selling and delivering AI-powered IT services (e.g., AI-driven automation, NLP, predictive analytics, chatbots, ML models, etc.). Deep expertise in web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, and workflow automation. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong network and industry connections within technology and enterprise sectors. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and scaling businesses. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in scaling startups or leading business units within large IT service organizations. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business processes. Exposure to global markets and enterprise-level solution selling.
