About the role

NexHealth's mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare. Fixing healthcare is the challenge of our generation. This industry is stuck in the 1990s while affordability and accessibility are spiraling out of control. We currently spend ~20% of GDP on healthcare, while the 25% of the world's data is stuck on legacy and antiquated health systems. NexHealth's goal is to create an open and modern ecosystem to accelerate innovation in the space. We make it easier for everybody to build in healthcare, and ultimately empower ordinary people with access to more modern, efficient and affordable healthcare solutions. NexHealth has built the world's most advanced healthcare integration API that synchronizes in real-time. With our real-time integration with electronic health record systems (EHRs), we help developers at tech companies like Swell, Truelark, Quip, Cherry, and more quickly build products and services that synchronize with EHR systems. NexHealth has also built our own doctor facing SaaS product on top of our own API. On the platform engineering team, you'll work on some of our most challenging problems, from building an open data lake for health records, to building dev ops for our next 100x growth, to defining and building the next generation of health record system integrations for the industry.
