<li>Ensure precise and timely data entry of patient information.</li>

<li>Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Work independently or as part of a team, showcasing reliability and professionalism.</li>

<li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Certified Medical Assistant certification from an accredited agency.</li>

<li>Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>A compassionate and professional demeanor when assisting patients.</li>
<li>Proficiency in multitasking and executing tasks efficiently under supervision.</li>
<li>Computer literate, with experience in EHR and Microsoft Office applications.</li>
<li>Adherence to company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>A team-oriented mindset, focused on achieving both individual and group goals.</li>

<li>Bilingual (Spanish)</li>
<li>One or more years of experience in customer service.</li>
