<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div><strong>Patient Care (Telehealth & In-Person)</strong></div><ul>
<li> Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans </li>
<li> Deliver care primarily via <strong>telehealth</strong>, with in-person visits for assessments and manual therapy </li>
<li> Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes </li>
</ul><div><strong>Clinical Leadership</strong></div><ul>
<li> Serve as the <strong>primary Physical Therapist</strong> in the practice </li>
<li> Contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, and best practices </li>
<li> Support future growth initiatives and potential leadership opportunities </li>
</ul><div><strong>Documentation & Compliance</strong></div><ul>
<li> Maintain accurate and timely <strong>electronic health records (EHR)</strong>
</li>
<li> Ensure compliance with <strong>Georgia state regulations</strong> and payer requirements </li>
</ul><div><strong>Patient Education</strong></div><ul>
<li> Provide guidance on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention </li>
<li> Encourage patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)</strong> from an accredited program </li>
<li><strong>Active Georgia Physical Therapy license (required)</strong></li>
<li> Experience in <strong>orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation</strong>
</li>
<li> Personal injury experience preferred (not required) </li>
<li> Comfortable using <strong>telehealth platforms</strong>
</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li>
