About the role
As Program and Community Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our high-quality online and in-person training programs. You'll collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional program delivery and foster a vibrant community of learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of our virtual and in-person programs
Manage and maintain our Learning Management System across our different offerings.
Provide outstanding learner experience and support
Monitor and learn from cohort feedback, proactively iterating where relevant
Project manage the application process for all programs.
Build relationships with stakeholders, speakers, and partners.
Organise and facilitate community-building events, both online and in-person
Encourage and promote community building across our alumni network with creative ideas to foster belonging
