Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Interview Operations Intern to support our admissions and hiring interview processes. You will play a crucial role in coordinating, scheduling, and streamlining operations to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal interviewers.
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to confirm availability and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interview stages, and feedback.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders to both candidates and panel members.
- Work closely with the admissions or talent team to optimize interview workflows.
- Analyze operational data and provide insights or suggestions for process improvements.
- Provide support in developing interview SOPs, trackers, and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other scheduling tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Prior internship or experience in operations, recruitment, or coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
