German-Speaking Review Manager (Remote – Malta-Based Only)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, articulate, and proactive Review Manager, fluent in German and English, to become a key player in shaping our client’s online reputation.

This is a remote-first role, but you must be based in Malta. If you have a knack for writing concise, impactful responses and enjoy turning customer feedback into opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring and responding to customer reviews across platforms like Trustpilot, app stores, and others
• Writing clear, thoughtful, and professional responses in line with the brand voice
• Collaborating with the Support team to resolve underlying concerns raised in reviews
• Identifying patterns and suggesting improvements to our review and reputation strategy
  
  

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Native German speaker with excellent written communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in community or reputation management, ideally with a focus on customer reviews
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex topics simply and empathetically
• Analytical mindset – you enjoy spotting trends, measuring impact, and refining processes
• Familiarity with AdTech or Support environments is a plus
