Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a News Writer (Listicle) based anywhere in India. The News Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and well-researched listicle-style content, crafting press releases, preparing news stories, and staying updated with current events. The role involves brainstorming content ideas, adhering to editorial guidelines, and effectively communicating through written work to a diverse audience. Collaboration with the team to align on content strategy and objectives is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in News Writing and crafting compelling Press Releases.
- Exceptional Writing and Journalism skills, demonstrating creativity and accuracy.
- Effective Communication skills for conveying complex topics in an engaging manner.
- Strong understanding of content development processes and best practices in media publishing.
- Degree or background in Journalism, Mass Communications, or related field preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced newsroom environment.
- Familiarity with SEO practices and digital media platforms is a plus.
