Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a News Anchor based in Noida. The News Anchor will be responsible for presenting news broadcasts, undertaking reporting assignments, writing news content, and engaging with audiences during live or recorded segments. Additional tasks will include collaborating with the editorial and production teams to deliver accurate, compelling, and timely news coverage while ensuring professionalism and adherence to journalistic standards.
Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and engaging Anchor / Podcast Host to host long-form videos, podcasts, and on-ground interviews. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent on-camera presence, and the ability to conduct insightful conversations.The candidate should be comfortable creating content in the Astrology, News, and Entertainment niche and be able to engage audiences through informative and interactive discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and anchor long-form video content, podcasts, and on-ground interviews.
- Conduct engaging interviews with experts, guests, and industry professionals.
- Research topics and prepare discussion points for podcasts and video shoots.
- Create content around Astrology, News, and Entertainment topics.
- Coordinate with the content, production, and marketing teams for video planning and execution.
- Maintain a confident on-camera presence and present content clearly.
- Travel for on-ground shoots, events, and interviews when required.
- Ensure the content aligns with the company’s editorial and brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong on-camera confidence and personality.
- Experience in anchoring, hosting, podcasting, or video presenting.
- Ability to conduct engaging interviews and discussions.
- Good research and storytelling skills.
- Interest or knowledge in Astrology, News, and Entertainment content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in journalism, media, communications, or digital content creation.
- Experience hosting YouTube podcasts or digital shows.
- Experience with on-ground reporting or interview-based content is a plus.
