Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for the position of News Anchor. The News Anchor will be responsible for presenting news stories and delivering daily broadcasts with clarity and professionalism. Other responsibilities include interviewing guests, hosting live events, conducting on-camera reporting, fact-checking information, and ensuring that news stories are delivered with accuracy and neutrality. The News Anchor will collaborate with the production team to curate and present compelling content to engage a diverse audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Reporting and Broadcast Journalism
- Strong News Writing and Presentation skills
- Experience as a Presenter or On-Air Talent
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of current events and a commitment to unbiased reporting
- Prior experience in television, digital platforms, or similar environments is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred
