Key Responsibilities:
· Launch and monitor background checks primarily for the home region, with the ability to cross-train into other regions for backup support.
· Monitor the completion of iCIMS preboarding and onboarding documents.
· Ensure I-9 completion for new hires.
· Enter hiring details accurately into UKG to minimize errors.
· Monitor acknowledgments and trainings in UKG/Relias through the first two weeks of employment to ensure all required trainings are completed.
· Manage the HR inbox for Tier 1 questions.
· Perform data entry of employee changes into UKG.
· Create, file, maintain and audit personnel files.
· Provide documentation support for audits and site visits as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
