</div><div>We are looking for a Summer Camp Director to oversee the daily operations of our summer program. You’ll lead a team of enthusiastic staff, and ensure a safe, structured, and FUN environment for all campers.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Be Doing:<br><br>
</div><div>· Implementing a fun, age-appropriate summer camp program</div><div>· Supervising and supporting camp staff</div><div>· Managing daily schedules, field trips, and special guests</div><div>· Ensuring compliance with safety and licensing requirements</div><div>· Communicating with families and providing program updates</div><div>· Handling day-to-day operations with positivity and professionalism<br><br>
</div><div>We’re Looking for Someone Who:<br><br>
</div><div>· Has a Bachelor's degree with a background in Education <br>· Has experience in camp leadership and working with school-aged children</div><div>· Is highly organized, energetic, and creative</div><div>· Has strong leadership and team management skills</div><div>· Communicates clearly with staff, children, and families</div><div>· Meets state licensing requirements<br><br>
</div><div>Schedule:<br><br>
</div><div>· This is a seasonal position; summer camp runs from June 15 – August 27</div><div>· Monday – Friday schedule, with flexibility for field trips and changing needs<br><br>
