Job details:
Company Description Feelivacation designs corporate retreats that go beyond traditional offsites, offering curated wellness and leadership reset experiences where teams restore clarity, rebuild trust, and realign with purpose. Powered by AIRA™, a privacy-first emotional and cultural insight model, each retreat is adapted to the collective energy of the team without collecting individual personal data. This enables leadership teams, founders, and culture-conscious organizations to experience meaningful reset and alignment without feeling monitored. The company currently crafts retreats in destinations such as Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Coorg, and the Andaman Islands. Retreat outcomes include stronger psychological safety, reduced burnout, clearer shared direction, and a calmer, more grounded leadership presence.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand needs, preparing detailed proposals, managing reservations and vendor coordination, and ensuring all travel arrangements comply with relevant regulations and company standards. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of New Zealand destinations, seasons, and experiences, as well as collaborating with internal teams to integrate AIRA™ insights into retreat designs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining accurate records in booking and CRM systems.
