Summary

Under general supervision, the Messenger/Driver provides necessary messenger service for the inter-plant deliveries, routine pick-up and

Responsibilities

  • Provide messenger srevice for inter-plant and interoffice deliveries
  • Mail preparation, delivery and pick-up at post office
  • Distribution of all incoming mail to respective offices
  • Perform routine pick-up of materials at local vendors
  • Provide transportation of personnel and visitors as required

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of project vacility

  • Possess valid New York State driver's license

Hourly rates for union-represented employees are collectively bargained by the New York Power Authority and IBEW. The negotiated pay rate for this position is $20.67per hour.
