As we continue to expand, We’re looking for a highly execution-driven Store Opening Executive to lead on-ground expansion. This role owns the full lifecycle from property scouting to deal closure and handover ensuring stores go live fast and without friction.
What You’ll Do
1. Property Scouting & Evaluation
- Identify and visit properties aligned with target micro-markets (location, size, demand density, accessibility)
- Evaluate sites against defined criteria (catchment quality, rider access, kitchen feasibility)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of shortlisted properties
2. Landlord Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Engage directly with landlords and brokers
- Negotiate commercials (rent, deposit, lock-in, escalation)
- Drive end-to-end closure: finalize terms, secure LOI, convert to agreement
3. Site Handover & Execution
- Ensure timely completion of landlord-side scope (civil/structural readiness, utilities – electricity, water, drainage)
- Track progress and push for closure
- Ensure sites are handed over in a launch-ready condition
4. Utilities & Compliance
- Oversee setup and tracking of electricity, water, and related documentation
- Ensure no utility-related blockers post-launch
5. Landlord Management
- Act as the single point of contact for landlords
- Manage escalations, renewals, and ongoing relationship
- Ensure smooth long-term operations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years in real estate acquisition, expansion, or retail rollout
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High ownership and bias for action
- Comfortable with field-intensive work and travel
- Ability to manage multiple sites and timelines
