Are you passionate about retail expansion and bringing new stores to life? We’re looking for a dynamic New Store Opening Executive to join our team in Bangalore!
🔎 Experience Required: 2–5 years in retail operations, new store openings, and expansion projects
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end store opening projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Oversee store setup, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage team onboarding and training during store launch
- Implement and standardize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Drive launch stabilization and ensure smooth store operations post-opening
