Position: New Store Launching Executive
Department: Franchise Operations
Location: PAN India Travel Required
Reporting To: Franchise Relationship Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and execution-focused professional who will be responsible for successful launch of new Yewale Amruttulya outlets along with training franchise staff as per company SOPs and operational standards.
The role involves end-to-end launch coordination, outlet readiness checks, on-ground execution, and practical staff training to ensure smooth operations from Day 1.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Launch Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end activities for new store launches.
- Visit upcoming franchise outlets and monitor launch progress.
- Ensure outlet setup is completed as per company standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with franchisees, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
- Track:
- Civil work progress
- Branding installation
- Equipment setup
- Material dispatch
- Utility readiness
- Conduct pre-opening checklist verification.
- Ensure outlet readiness before inauguration.
- Support franchisee during store opening and initial operations.
- Prepare launch reports, progress reports, and issue trackers.
- Identify delays/issues and escalate proactively.
- Ensure all outlets follow brand SOPs and operational standards.
Training Responsibilities
- Train franchise staff on company SOPs and daily operations.
- Conduct practical training on:
- Tea preparation standards
- Product quality
- Hygiene & cleanliness
- Customer service
- Billing/POS operations
- Opening & closing procedures
- Store discipline and grooming
- Ensure staff understands operational processes and brand expectations.
- Conduct refresher training whenever required.
- Monitor staff performance during initial launch days.
- Share feedback and improvement areas with franchise owners.
- Ensure SOP compliance across all newly launched outlets.
- Maintain training attendance and training reports.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any field.
- 1–3 years experience in:
- Franchise operations
- Retail/QSR operations
- Store launching
- Staff training
- Hospitality or café operations
- Experience in food & beverage industry preferred.

- Ability to maintain discipline and SOP implementation.

- Experience in franchise business/QSR industry will be an added advantage.

Pay - 25K to 30K CTC
Travelling allowance will be provided separately
