Role Description
The New Product Introduction Engineer plays a pivotal role in overseeing the transition of new products from design to manufacturing. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of new products into production. Additional tasks include conducting research, developing prototypes, testing products for quality assurance, and refining processes for optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our facility in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), and Product Development
- Ability to manage and execute Project Management tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Testing and evaluating new product design
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Familiarity with modern manufacturing processes and tools is an advantage
- Experience in the consumer electronics or precision manufacturing sector is a plus
