Together, our brands form an integrated platform that spans acute wound healing to regenerative aesthetics — covering the full spectrum of skin restoration. We operate two complementary brands:
NoWound — our Made-in-India, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) system engineered for faster wound closure, reduced infection risk, and precision pressure control — designed for ICUs, clinics, and home-care settings alike.
ELYARA — CE-approved regenerative aesthetics brand, redefining injectable medicine through biomimetic peptide technology, advanced HA fillers, Regenerative dermal fillers and standardised clinical protocols for skin and hair.
As we expand our product portfolio across both brands, we're looking for a driven New Product Development Specialist who understands the science behind the solutions.

What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end NPD cycles — from concept ideation and formulation briefing to clinical validation and market launch
• Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to develop products
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and white space analysis across the global aesthetic injectables market
• Evaluate raw material innovations, technologies
• Build and maintain detailed product dossiers including formulation rationale, clinical data, and regulatory positioning
• Collaborate with the medical education team to develop training content grounded in product science
• Track global aesthetic trends, clinical trials, and emerging science to feed the innovation pipeline

What We're Looking For
• 2–6 years of experience in product development within aesthetics, derma, or pharmaceutical industries
• Strong working knowledge of:
– Biostimulators (Polynucleotides, PDRN, PCL, Sculptra, etc.)
– Peptide science and biomimetic peptide applications in regenerative aesthetics
– Hair filler technology and follicular biology
– Skin booster fillers and HA rheology
– Dermal filler mechanics (G' values, cohesivity, longevity)
• Familiarity with CE marking, regulatory pathways, and clinical evidence standards for medical devices
• Excellent ability to translate complex science into clear clinical and commercial narratives
• A genuine passion for evidence-based aesthetics — you read the papers, not just the brochures
