Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site New Product Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves spearheading innovative food product development projects, conducting research and development (R&D) activities, and collaborating with various departments to bring new products to market. The manager will oversee timelines, ensure product compliance with food safety standards, and drive the execution of projects to enhance product offerings and business growth. Responsibilities will also include monitoring market trends and aligning new product ideas with customer demand and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Research and Development (R&D) within the food industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in Food Technology and Food Science
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning and executing product development initiatives
- Familiarity with food industry standards, regulations, and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Experience in new product development in the food and beverage sector
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
