Role Description:-
- Understand the product concept, preliminary application ideas, and objectives as shared by the NPD team lead.
- Conduct independent research to evaluate the product's market potential and identify relevant customer segments.
- Shortlist and connect with potential customers for product trials.
- Coordinate with field sales executives or visit customers directly to conduct 2–3 product trials.
- Analyze trial results and prepare a detailed report on product performance and application feasibility.
- For successful trials, create a comprehensive presentation covering:
- Product application overview
- Customer benefits
- Recommended pricing
- Suggested sales pitch
- Submit the final report and presentation to the management for review and approval.
- Proactively explore and suggest additional product applications based on market feedback and personal analysis.
- B.Tech in Polymer Science, Plastic Technology, or related engineering field
Experience:
- up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of market dynamics and customer interaction
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong interest in innovation
- Willingness to travel for field trials when necessary
