OFF/BEAT is a new venture studio founded by Aman Gupta, built with the vision of creating and launching the next generation of consumer brands. OFF/BEAT is focused on building brands from the ground up, combining strong product thinking, creativity, and speed of execution.
We’re currently looking for a New Product Development (NPD) professional to join the in-house team and play a key role in bringing new products to life.
What You’ll Do
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch
• Work closely with brand, design, and operations teams to build new consumer products
• Identify market trends and consumer insights within the Beauty & Personal Care space
• Coordinate with manufacturers, labs, and vendors for formulation, sampling, and testing
• Manage product trials, iterations, packaging development, and compliance
• Ensure high-quality products are developed and launched efficiently
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in New Product Development
• Prior experience in the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) sector
• Hands-on exposure to product formulation, vendor coordination, and testing
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
