🚀 We're Hiring: NPD Manager (New Product Development)
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
Are you passionate about innovation and developing products that make an impact? Eat Better Co. is looking for an experienced NPD Manager to lead the development of exciting new products in the healthy snacks and FMCG space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end new product development, from concept to commercial launch.
- Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products to identify innovation opportunities.
- Develop product formulations in collaboration with R&D, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams.
- Conduct product trials, testing, and validation to ensure quality and feasibility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Optimize product formulations for cost, quality, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in New Product Development within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of product formulation, food ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in managing multiple product development projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
