Role Description
The New Product Development Intern will support the research and design of innovative products, assist in project planning, and contribute to improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, brainstorming new product ideas, assisting in prototype development, and coordinating with team members to achieve project goals. This is a full-time, on-site internship located in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, trends, and product feasibility
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development processes
- Project management skills to assist in planning, tracking, and completing tasks
- Proficient communication skills for collaboration and reporting updates effectively
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Pursuit of a degree or background in Engineering, Design, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office or other project management tools is advantageous
