🚀 We're Hiring | NPD Executive (New Product Development)
Are you passionate about skincare, wellness, and product innovation? We are looking for a creative and research-driven NPD Executive to lead the development of innovative skincare and wellness products from concept to launch.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Research skincare and wellness market trends, competitor products, and emerging ingredients
🔹 Develop new product concepts aligned with consumer demand and brand strategy
🔹 Coordinate with formulators, manufacturers, packaging vendors, and design teams
🔹 Manage formulation trials, sample approvals, product testing, and launch timelines
🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
🔹 Work on product claims, ingredient positioning, and packaging content
🔹 Collaborate with marketing and performance teams for successful product launches
🔹 Maintain product development documentation, costing, and project trackers
🔹 Source innovative ingredients, packaging solutions, and market opportunities
Requirements
✅ 1–3 years of experience in New Product Development within skincare, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or wellness industry
✅ Knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and market trends
✅ Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
✅ Understanding of packaging development and product lifecycle management
✅ Good analytical, research, and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously
