Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Engineer, located in Rajkot. The role involves designing, developing, and testing new products to meet customer and market demands. Responsibilities include conducting research and development, managing product design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs adhere to quality and efficiency standards. The engineer will also be tasked with fine-tuning prototypes, solving technical issues, and contributing to production readiness.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on practical and theoretical knowledge.
- Proficiency in Product Design and Product Development, including knowledge of tools and software used in this domain.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve processes, components, and products.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve complex challenges, and work within a team as well as independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. A master's degree or additional certifications in design or R&D is an advantage.
