- Process design and development for sheet metal fabrication (Laser, Bending, Welding)
- Feasilibity Timeplan, Process Flow , Control plan.
- Initiating the facilities like Tools, Fixtures, Gauges Equipments etc
- Conducting Trial and Establishing the process.
- Preparing the PPAP documents and approval from customer.
- Handover to the production team.
- Rampup on Production and Quality feedback.
- Preparing documents and Good Communication skill.
- Time Management.
- Analytical and problem solving.
- CFT Approach.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years Experience in sheet metal fabrication
