<strong>Full-Time Dental Assistant Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required<br></strong><br>
</div><div>New Orleans Smiles is looking for an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is dependable, motivated, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.<br><br>
</div><div>This position is ideal for a dental assistant who enjoys both clinical care and teamwork, takes initiative, communicates well, and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within a supportive office culture.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Chairside assisting during dental procedures</li>
<li>Assisting with orthodontic procedures and patient flow</li>
<li>Taking dental X-rays and clinical photos</li>
<li>Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories</li>
<li>Maintaining operatory flow and cleanliness</li>
<li>Supporting patient care, comfort, and education</li>
<li>Assisting providers with clinical procedures and daily workflow</li>
<li>Accurate charting and clinical documentation</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with dental, ortho, hygiene, and admin teams</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience</li>
<li>Proficient in both dental and orthodontic assisting</li>
<li>EDDA certification required</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish required</li>
<li>X-ray certification preferred</li>
<li>Available to work Saturdays</li>
<li>Strong clinical knowledge, organization, and patient communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li>
<li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li>
<li>Professional, dependable, and team-oriented</li>
