Information Technology Analyst 1

Under the direction of the Court Executive 2B (Information Technology Manager) and Court Executive 1B (Information Technology Assistant Manager), Monmouth Vicinage is seeking an information technology professional capable of technical support for hardware, software and networks. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and one weekend day per month, which is primarily on Saturdays in support of Criminal Justice Reform proceedings and activities with an emphasis on video conferencing hardware and software. Knowledge of video conference technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Polycom video conferencing equipment is helpful. The Monmouth IT division runs as a support services department and the successful candidate requires not only knowledge of video conferencing solutions but also the ability to perform typical IT help desk support of devices and applications including desktops, VPN, mainframe application support, Cisco VoIP, tablets, and other mobile devices to perform their duties. This position at times will require the selected candidate to install equipment located under desks and in the ceilings and can require the use of a ladder to assist with specific project work.
