Key Responsibilities: Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs. Provide medication oversight, health, safety, and maintain accurate records. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual documentation. Accompany individuals to medical appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers. Provide on-call support.
