Key Responsibilities
▪ Review and validate customer deductions against contracts, promotions, and proof of delivery
▪ Investigate disputes by gathering supporting documents such as invoices, remittances, and shipment records
▪ Identify invalid deductions and initiate recovery actions as per company policies
▪ Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to resolve recurring deduction issues
▪ Maintain accurate deduction records and update ERP / Accounts Receivable systems
▪ Monitor deduction trends and prepare regular reports for management
▪ Ensure compliance with SOPs, credit policies, and audit requirements
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
✔ 2–4 years of experience in OTC with Collections/ Deduction Management
✔ Experience handling US customers preferred
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, HighRadius, etc.)
