New Business Development Executive – US IT Staffing
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Sales Executive to scale our US IT Staffing and Talent Solutions division from our Hyderabad office.
Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Sales Executive with 4 to 5 years of pure hunting and business development experience in the US IT Staffing industry. In this role, your primary focus will be hunting and securing new client accounts, direct hiring managers, and enterprise relationships across the United States.
An absolute must for this position is excellent, native-level communication skills combined with a fierce self-drive to meet and exceed revenue targets. Operating entirely during US EST business hours, you will take complete ownership of the sales cycle - from cold outreach to closing MSAs - to consistently expand Sesheng’s market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Take full ownership of driving new business revenue, proactively identifying and closing new client accounts to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- B2B Prospecting & Hunting: Aggressively prospect mid-market corporate clients and direct hiring managers in the US who require specialized IT, Digital, and AI talent solutions.
- High-Impact Outreach: Leverage cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, personalized email campaigns, and networking to secure introductory meetings with US decision-makers (VPs of IT, Directors, HR Leaders, and Talent Acquisition Heads).
- Consultative Pitching: Conduct professional virtual presentations and pitches, articulating Sesheng’s core strengths in technical screening and rapid talent delivery across specialized domains like Cloud, Data-to-AI, and Process Automation.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sales conversations, including the negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial placement margins to ensure profitability.
- Delivery Alignment: Collaborate closely with our US and India-based recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are accurately prioritized and fulfilled swiftly.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Strictly 4–5 years of dedicated, relevant experience in a New Business Development or Sales Executive role within the US IT Staffing domain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent, top-tier verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Must be highly articulate, confident, and capable of building rapport with senior North American executives over phone and video calls.
- Mindset: High self-drive, resilience, and an entrepreneurial focus. You must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision to stay motivated and hit outreach and revenue milestones.
- Industry Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with US staffing hiring models (Corp-to-Corp, W2, Contract-to-Hire, Perm), tax terms, and standard vendor onboarding processes.
- Shift Alignment: Absolute willingness and ability to work a permanent night shift matching US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
